Simon Soman

Simon Soman joined the Prendio team in May of 2019. Simon specializes in people, process, and program management, providing technical direction and leadership to the engineering team. He excels at researching new platforms and architectures and revisiting existing tech stack to make it best in class. Simon is passionate about establishing a thriving culture for the people he manages, and enjoys charting out programs for employee career growth and helping others excel in the engineering field.

Simon came to Prendio with over 20 years of experience working for pioneers in technology leadership such as Oracle Corporation, BEA Systems, Accenture, and Mindtree Consulting in various technical and project leadership roles. He is a graduate 0f The College of Engineering, Trivandrum, with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering.

Simon hails from the beautiful state of Kerala in the Southernmost part of India. He is passionate about music, filmmaking, and sports. In his free time he volunteers actively with several non-profit organizations.
