Vincent Bologna

Board Member and Cofounder

Board member and cofounder Vincent Bologna relies on his 30+ years of experience in the biotech industry in his role as the thought driver behind the Prendio solution. His talent for creative problem solving and desire to serve his clients in the best way possible inspire his mission to build a product that is scalable, effective, and always improving.

Vincent was born in Sicily and immigrated to the United States in 1975. He served in the US Navy as an electrician before accepting a job at Biogen in 1990. During his time at Biogen he held many positions, eventually working his way up to Procurement Department Manager. In 2007, Vincent drew on the experiences and relationships gained from his time at Biogen to launch BioProcure, a biotech procurement services company where he serves as President and CEO.

Vincent is a graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology (Magna Cum Laude). When he is not working, he enjoys boating, fishing, gardening, and cooking gourmet meals for his wife, children, and grandchildren.
